INTRODUCTION : Mechanical Circulation Systems are a promising therapy for patients with end-stage of heart failure. Left ventricular assist device (LVAD) enforces using concomitant anticoagulant therapy. This may lead to severe complications. LVAD more and frequent users the emergency department. There several differences in cardiovascular function these patients, as well on examination. Its interpretation be challenging result potentially fatal conclusions. The aim this research was assess skills paramedic students assessing MATERIAL AND METHODS study designed simulation study. scenario provide full primary survey an unconscious, spontaneously breathing person pump implanted.
